Arkansas Invests in Soil

Today were posting some good news for the state of Arkansas. Several Government agencies are investing and taking action to improve water quality and reduce soil erosion due to agriculture. The USDA is investing in 33 new projects in the Mississippi River Basin, and working to promote “no till” farming practices as well as increasing the use of buffer strips, both practices reduce erosion and nutrient loss.
